FacultyFlo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information collected and processed through the FacultyFlo mobile application and related services.

FacultyFlo is an absence management and instructor coverage platform designed for healthcare education programs and is intended for authorized faculty, instructors, administrators, and staff of participating educational institutions.

Information We May Collect

FacultyFlo may collect information required to provide the service, including:

Name, email address and phone number
School/organization and faculty profile information
Program, course and qualification information
Faculty absence and coverage request information
Assignment details, dates, times, locations and related notes
Student email addresses entered by authorized users for absence-related notifications
Device and notification information required to provide push notifications

How We Use Information

Information may be used to manage user accounts, process faculty absence requests, identify eligible instructors, send coverage notifications, allow instructors to accept coverage opportunities, provide status updates, send authorized student email notifications, and operate and support the FacultyFlo platform.

Patient Health Information

FacultyFlo is not intended to collect or store Patient Health Information (PHI). Users should not enter patient or sensitive clinical information into the application.

Payment Information

FacultyFlo does not process or store payment or credit card information.

Data Sharing

Information may be processed by the participating educational institution and service providers required to operate FacultyFlo, including providers supporting hosting, authentication, notifications and email delivery.

FacultyFlo does not sell personal information for advertising purposes.

Data Security

FacultyFlo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the platform, including authenticated access, role-based separation and encrypted transmission through HTTPS where deployed.

Data Retention & User Requests

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide FacultyFlo services and meet applicable operational, contractual or legal requirements.

Children’s Privacy

FacultyFlo is not designed as a consumer application for children. It is intended for authorized faculty, instructors, administrators and staff of participating educational institutions.
